Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 15 days of your purchase.

1. Please email sales@malayasigns.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee
Items are not subject to a restocking fee. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges
Exchanges will made in the event that:

1. The product shipped was not what you ordered.

2. The product was received as damage, defective or unusable.

Cancellations

Please call Malaya Signs at (503) 517-0990 to request that your order be cancelled. An order can only be cancelled if it has not been sent to production. Once an order has been sent to production, it can not be cancelled and no refund will be given.
